Nick Moser

Nick grew up in Yankton.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of South Dakota in 2006.  After a year working in special education at Yankton Middle School, Nick accepted a call to serve as Director of Youth and Family Ministries at Trinity Lutheran Church. 
In 2008, Nick was elected to represent South Dakota’s 18th Legislative District in the State House of Representatives.  Nick was re-elected in 2010, and served as House Majority Whip throughout his second term.  In 2012, Nick left politics and his position at TLC to pursue a career in law. 
Nick graduated with high honors from USD School of Law in 2015, also earning a Masters of Public Administration.  In law school, Nick won the Sam Masten Moot Court Competition, was a member of the Moot Court Board, and served as a graduate assistant for both the Government Research Bureau and Professor Darla Jackson.  During his last semester of law school, Nick clerked for Johnson, Miner, Marlow, Woodward and Huff.  He joined the firm in August, 2015. 
Nick and his wife Ginny have been married since 2010.  Ginny teaches kindergarten at Webster Elementary School.  They live in Yankton with their German Shepherd Zoey.
